Perathos does not claim HIPAA compliance on this public site. A BAA is not active unless it is separately reviewed, approved, and signed for the customer engagement.
Pilot-safe path
Healthcare pilots should use synthetic, anonymized, or non-PHI data by default. If PHI is required, scope the architecture and legal terms before any data transfer.
Production path
Before production healthcare use, confirm data flow, access controls, audit logging, retention, deletion, subprocessors, incident notification terms, and customer responsibilities.
